Life is precious. We never know how much time we have on this planet and we shouldn’t waste a moment of it. Beating the crap out of yourself and hating your body for not meeting some ideal standard or being different than who you are at this very moment is exactly that…a waste of your precious time.

How do I know it? Because I spent years depressed and angry that I didn’t have 15% body fat and abs that were worthy of being on a magazine cover. Hours sweating, starving, punishing, berating, complaining, hating my mind, my body, myself.  I needed peace so I started searching.  This 30 day program is the culmination of my learning journey so far to stop the madness and love who I am, exactly as I am in this moment.
